清蒸蛤蜊鯛魚+剝皮辣椒蒸苦瓜+碧玉筍菇

               今天一早真被那雨聲給吵醒,吼~~~~清晨就被這突如其來的大雨,給影響了心情.

           做菜也提不起勁兒,就隨意地蒸蒸上菜囉!                

                

                                                                                 清蒸蛤蜊鯛魚

                        我的做法

                                          1.鯛魚+蛤蜊,舖上薑絲,淋上酒,鰹魚醬油少許

                                          2.入蒸鍋蒸6分鐘,

                        蛤蜊的鮮甜跟魚肉的鮮美可稱上絕配哦!
                      

            

                        

                     這碧玉筍老闆極力推薦下,買了一包試試口感         
               

                       乍看下還真像蒜苗,葱,這口感說真的個人並不滿意,有點粗糙,沒什麼特別.

                 個人做法  1.碧玉筍斜切,油爆香蒜末.薑末,香菇後入鍋炒,加入鴻禧菇

                                  2.蠔油,胡椒粉,滴入香油起鍋                            

            

                                                             剝皮辣椒蒸苦瓜

                          老公不怎麼愛苦瓜,但今天卻對這道菜讚許有佳,呵!平常吃太好哦,

                          今天也不知哪來的靈感隨意蒸蒸,竟如此的得到寵愛,不過,這也

                          是我做菜的動力囉                             

                                

             我的做法

                              1.苦瓜汆燙後斜切塊,舖上剝皮辣椒.青葱,少許昆布醬油

                                 入電鍋蒸外加一杯水        

醬醃鳯梨苦瓜+薑炒海帶芽+山藥人參鷄湯  ,涼拌苦瓜 ,苦瓜鷄煲                                   

            

                                                                      冬瓜蛤蜊湯

 

                  留了一些蛤蜊來煮冬瓜湯,加了蛤蜊的湯頭不必再加調味

               就鮮甜美味了.

                   就這樣一邊用蒸鍋蒸,一邊用電鍋蒸,再炒個菜今天也太隨便的就上菜啦!
