蒜泥白肉+糖醋黃魚

                                                                           蒜泥白肉

                  用火鍋肉片直接涮來的薄片,很嫩的口感.

           我的做法 1.高麗菜洗淨切絲擺盤

                           2.肉片在滾水中來回涮後擺盤

                           3.淋上拌醬:蒜泥醬+白醋+糖+香油+花生粉+辣椒                    

           

                                                                   糖醋黃魚

                我的做法:1.油爆薑片將黃魚煎至8分熟

                                2.加醬油,水,黑醋,糖燒至入味 

     用蕃茄醬燒的糖醋紅魚

                                

                                     今天和煦的陽光照射下,看著庭院裡綻放的向日葵,心情更是暖烘烘

                                     金黃耀眼的向日葵,猶如小太陽般動人~

                                     向日葵是我最喜歡的花,每每看到它的溫暖綻放,讓我的心情好愉悅!
