                      每天都要為了變化菜色花腦筋,也好啦在家的歐巴桑也得動動腦,不然啊,老年癡呆

                      就提早報到了,上次做了XO醬炒花枝,今天做個五味醬炒花枝,在夏天喜歡吃花

                      枝涼拌五味醬,冬天要熱熱的可暖暖胃的.......................

                                   

                                        五味醬:蕃茄醬,醬油膏,白醋,糖,香油(加入蒜末或薑末,葱花)

                五味醬花枝:

                                  材料:花枝,薑,葱,蒜頭

                                  調味:五味醬

                                  做法:1.先將花枝切花刀切片,略川燙(這過程去除原本花枝所含水分,炒起來

                                                才不會水水的)不要太熟唷!

                                           2.將花枝加五味醬一起大火拌炒,撒上葱花即可.
