         蒜苗豆瓣鰻魚:

                             材料:魚片,蒜苗,紅辣椒,薑片

                             調味:豆瓣醬,米酒,白胡椒,塩

                             做法:1.魚片加入米酒,白胡椒粉,少塩醃漬20分鐘備用

                                       2.將蒜苗,紅辣椒去籽後切絲

                                       3.起油鍋加入蒜苗,薑片,紅辣椒爆香,再加入魚片,豆瓣醬一起拌炒即可
