牛肉絲絲入扣

取菜名又是歐巴桑頭腦時間了

這絲絲入扣超級下飯滴,好快扒了一碗飯呢!

                                                                                  我的做法:1.豆干.芹菜.熟紅蘿蔔(多切一點總用得上),切絲

                                                                                                 2.牛肉絲加醬油,糖.胡椒粉米酒.地瓜粉醃備用

                                                                          3.豆干絲入油鍋煎乾焦起鍋備用

                                                                                                           4.油爆香蒜片加入牛肉炒香,嗆入米酒加入豆干絲.芹

                                                                                                                 菜絲,紅蘿蔔絲,蠔油少許.豆豉同炒入味,加入糖.胡

                                                   椒粉拌炒起鍋

愛吃芋頭的我,也愛芋頭與芋梗炒過醬汁鹹香的味道,是一道非常下飯的料理

這芋梗在處理上要記得戴上手套,以免出現咬手現象,會覺得搔癢不堪呢

先將芋梗跟芋頭部份切開,芋梗剝掉外皮粗硬部份,芋頭削皮各斜切成塊

且要即使料理以免氧化現象

                                                                

豆瓣醬炒芋梗

                                                                                  我的做法:1.先爆香薑片後放入芋頭部份炒香加水燒至微軟後

                                                                                                         再放入芋梗部份同炒至軟

                                                                                                      2.加豆瓣醬,少許醬油,糖煮至軟爛入味即可

                                                                                                       沒有豆瓣醬,味噌醬.豆腐乳醬麻A蛤哦!


麻醬涼拌鷄絲涼粉

昨天便當菜的海苔麻醬麵,多留些醬汁&食材,晚上再拌上涼粉,又是一道菜囉

這樣中午做的晚上再來利用,省時又省力

                                                                                                

XO醬炒素腰花

                                                             我的做法:1.素腰花先用蠔油略抓醃,較入味

                                                                                               2.油爆香薑.蒜放入素腰花炒加米酒嗆香後

                                                                                                       加入XO醬,少許醬油同炒最後加入九層塔提香
