            豬肚除了酸菜肚片湯,還可以煮成豬肚四神湯,或糙米豬肚粥,

 

            今天拿來乾炒,也很下飯哩!

                         記得第一次買山蘇時,直接切半炒,結果吃來粗硬,口感很差,

                     還跑去跟老闆抱怨你們家的山蘇怎那麼老,咬都咬不動,老

                     闆才說山蘇要將粗梗去掉,留下嫩葉及尾葉,原來如此!
