                                 我家也愛厝腳菜,這臘肉過年時親戚送了2大塊,到現在都還沒消化完

                                 拿來燒桂竹筍還真是出奇的對味呢.

                                 在市場上常看到那泡水的桂竹筍(加了化學藥水)還真令我退怯,終於

                                 看到這沒泡水的桂竹筍放心多了.


                


                

                                                                            涼拌中卷

                                 做了 三杯中卷 味噌醬燒中卷 . 五味醬花枝這五味醬涼拌

                                 (  五味醬:蕃茄醬,醬油膏,白醋,糖,香油加入蒜末或薑末,葱花)很清爽又好下飯.

                                      

                                                          這買鵝肉送的醬汁,拿來拌成五味醬也好吃.


             

                                                                         香煎肉片

                            肉排較厚,孩子吃起來較不好咀嚼,平常都用火鍋片來煎成肉排.

                            口感較軟,孩子們吃起來好入口
