          昨天老爺出差回來,為了慰勞他的辛勞,加菜囉!



       

                                                               芥茉牛肉蔬菜

                  7-11真是我的好鄰居,歐巴桑連這裡也要A啊!

              好鄰居要敦親睦鄰嘛!這道芥茉牛肉很特別喲!老公特愛吃黃芥茉

              買整罐回來用也用不完,歐巴桑真那麼厚臉皮啊

              這時哥哥弟弟賺到了養樂多,我也A到了好醬呀!

              做法:1.洋葱切絲泡水冷藏一天去辛辣, 將牛肉及蔬菜汆燙備用

                           那雙椒玉米筍花椰菜在每道料理上都派上用場

                       2.製醬汁,黃芥茉+橄欖油少許+糖+白醋+蒜末

                       3.拌上所有材料即可                           

      

            

                                                              焗烤豬肉筊白筍

                        筊白筍捲上培根好味道,家裡培根用完,只好捲上豬肉片

                   做法:1.將豬肉片加醬油,糖,胡椒粉醃漬備用

                            2.肉片捲上筊白筍(為配合烤的時間,約略汆燙即可,免甜度流失)

                               撒上乳酪絲起司粉,迷迭香入烤箱烤約10分鐘,烤後撒上起司粉

               
          

                                                                        五更腸旺

                  讓老爺好好補補多吃1碗飯  .

              做法:1.將鴨血汆燙後切塊備用.豆腐切塊,蒜苗斜切片,辣椒去籽切片

                       2.處理好的豬腸入蒸鍋2杯水蒸熟後切段備用(小腸代替大腸)

                       3.油爆蒜末後加入豆瓣醬(辣椒醬)及水加入所有材料炒,加入

                          蠔油,糖,地瓜粉勾芡.
