這是婆婆指定菜哦

婆婆在美食節目上看到這道菜

嗯~~~考驗一下媳婦的手藝

還好沒有漏氣啦

這麼繁雜的料理,不常出現在peggy厨房裡

做這道菜還真花我不少時間咧

吼~~~不符合peggy的效率

不過表現一下,賢慧的peggy 當然要好好的展露一手啦

                                                                                                      做法:1.將栗子泡水一天,把外膜挑掉後起油鍋連同

                                                                                                                   蒜片油炸至金黃後起鍋備用

                                                                                                                2.青椒(紅.黃椒皆可)切塊,玉米筍汆燙後備用

                                                                                                                3.以炸栗子的油鍋放入鷄肉油炸至8分熟

                                                                                                                    起鍋備用

                                                                                                                4.油鍋放入冰糖炒至焦糖味加入栗子,鷄肉

                                                                                                                   青椒.玉米筍. 蠔油.米酒.

                                                                                                                    蒜苗(家裡沒現成),熱開

                                                                                                                   水拌炒至湯汁入味略收後,最後加入黑醋1匙

                                                                                                                   香油後起鍋
