幸福便當菜之焗烤蛋,焗烤鮭魚.雪裡紅肉末

還蠻喜歡焗烤的口感,常常都會準備一包乳酪絲在冰箱

可以做成很多的焗烤料理

便當菜想要兒子吃的美味又能吃的開心

得要絞盡腦汁變化菜色

讓哥哥能打開便當便有刺激味蕾的感受

帶著愉快的心情享受豐盛的午餐

焗烤鮭魚

                                                             我的做法:1.將鮭魚去刺.抹上薄塩,擠上檸檬汁.撒上黑胡椒醃漬10分

                                                                              2.撒上洋香菜末,起士粉,舖上乳酪絲入烤箱烤約20分鐘

                                                                              3.最後撒上洋香菜末


焗烤蛋


                                                                 我的做法:1.將鷄蛋水煮熟,後泡冷水較易剝殼也能保持蛋的完整

                                                                                   2..對半切,撒上紅蘿蔔末,起士粉,乳酪絲入烤箱烤約10分

                                                                                   3.最後撒上洋香菜葉

這時鮭魚與蛋同時放入烤箱,10分鐘到先將蛋取出
雪裡紅炒肉末豆干

                                                                         我的做法:1.豆干切丁,加塩,胡椒粉醃漬20分鐘備用

                                                                                          2.雪裡紅略抓洗後切細末

                                                                                          3.爆香蒜末炒香肉末後,待肉變白加醬油,米酒炒香後

                                                                                             加豆干.雪裡紅一同拌炒,加入蠔油,水,胡椒粉,糖大

                                                                                             火快炒. 

                                                                                           4.喜好辣味可在爆香蒜末時同時爆香辣椒同炒

                                                                     (考慮兒子辣味省略,但要美美的上菜就加個辣椒點綴一下囉)

今天的水果是香蕉,做點變化加個巧克力粉是不是畫龍點睛呢

可惜少了煉乳啦,不然就美味十足了
