紅燒青衣

                                                        我的做法:1.乾煎青衣魚至兩面金黃

                                                                          2.油爆香蒜末加入青衣魚.鰹魚露.黑醋.水同燒至湯汁略收加糖

                                                                               同燒湯汁收起鍋

蕃茄山藥釀皮蛋豆腐

我的亂發明又要上桌囉!哥哥這嘴巴還真甜,

直說媽咪好厲害做得好美又好好吃,謝謝這幾位小大人的熱烈支持

                                                         我的做法:1.蕃茄.山藥.皮蛋切成丁

                                                                          2.製醬汁,加做法1及蠔油.魚露.白醋.糖.香油.葱花同攪拌成醬

                                                                          3.淋上豆腐撒上柴魚

    多餘的釀豆腐醬汁淋上筊白筍,也很清爽可口哦!
